We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
We aim for 2 - 3 working days for dispatch of all orders* (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec), dispatch times may take 4 - 5 working days. Please allow up to 5 days for orders over 3kg.
Standard delivery to UK mainland is £3.75 for orders up to 3kg, and £5.99 for orders over 3kg. Orders in the weight range of 0-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg and over are sent via APC.
Standard delivery to Northern Ireland is £8.99 for orders up to 3kg, and £15.50 for orders over 3kg. Orders 100g-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg and over are sent via DPD.
Standard delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Isles, Channel Islands, and Isles of Scilly is £8.99 for orders up to 3kg, and £15.50 for orders over 3kg. The following postcodes fall into the Scottish Highlands and Isles -
AB37-AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21 , HS, IM, IV1 - IV56, KA27 & KA28, KW, PA20 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PA80 - PA88, PH17 - PH44, PH49 & PH50,PO30 - PO41, TR(21-25), ZE. Orders 0-3kg for Scottish Highlands will be sent via Yodel and 3kg and over with APC. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL.
For UK orders sent via small parcel service (Yodel), delivery can take 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please note a working day is any day other than weekends and Bank or other Public Holidays.
We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK - Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.
For orders placed after 4.00pm, the working day commences at 9am the next day.
In the event that we are out of stock of a particular item we will contact you to advise you of anticipated availability, with the option of a refund (including any delivery charges).
All bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs come with an ingredients list.
Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order.
Should you wish to change the delivery address after goods have been dispatched from our dispatch centre, we will require you to cover the delivery charges for the redirection (please note re-direction is only available for goods despatched via courier). The charges will be the same as the original delivery charge. Please be aware that the redirection approval is subject to your order and account status.
We make every effort to ensure goods are delivered within five working days of acceptance of your order. However, Present and Gifted will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this event, we will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
Postal orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive after an order is placed. If a non tracked order has not arrived 10 working days after despatch you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
For courier deliveries -
Please ensure you provide a delivery address, where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. If the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you do not contact the couriers within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to our Despatch Depot and a re-delivery charge may be applicable to your order.
In the event of re-despatching the goods or in the event of redirection further charges may apply. In the event of charges applying, they will be the same as those charged for the initial despatch.
Present and Gifted retains ownership of all goods shipped within the UK until they have been delivered and signed for or left in a safe place by the courier. Once your goods have been delivered, the risk of damage or loss of the item passes to the recipient.
*Does not include the Christmas period when Royal Mail/Courier transit times are extended beyond our control.
